·   Managed sales and marketing operations for this $100M district (Marketing, Pricing, Proposals and Contracts associates).

·   Assisted in the implementation of a custom Activity-based Cost (ABC) system that provided P&L contribution reports by customer.  This system was based on Robert S. Kaplan’s methodology (Harvard Business School).  Jerry later traveled to Boston and met Mr. Kaplan.  ABC has since evolved to Activity-based Management (ABM) and Balanced Scorecards. 

·   Received 3M Sales Training and was mentored in the field by a senior 3M Account Manager.
